Workflow automation and CRM
Take the repeat admin out of your business
Sinking in spreadsheets? WhatsApp on overdrive for every new job? I set up workflows and CRM systems that handle the routine steps automatically, so work gets done faster with less of your time.
Sound familiar?
- The same information is typed into three different places
- Quotes and invoices wait on one person to chase them
- New clients get a different onboarding experience every time
- Routine requests arrive by WhatsApp, email and phone
- You know you are paying staff to do work a system could do
Things I commonly automate
Quote approvals
A quote waiting for approval for 24 hours triggers a reminder to the right person.
Pricing calculators
Load sizes, rates and margins worked out by formula, so every quote is consistent.
Job status updates
When every task on a job is complete, the job moves to the next stage on its own.
Client onboarding
One form collects everything, with questions that appear only when they are relevant.
Absence and request handling
Template emails and automatic routing for routine requests.
Follow ups
Unanswered quotes and unpaid invoices chased on a schedule you set.
Tools I use
Most automations run inside Monday.com, using its built in automations, forms and email templates, connected to the tools you already use where possible. Nothing is automated until the process behind it is clear, so the automation saves time rather than speeding up a mess.
How it works
Spot the repeat work
We list the tasks your team does over and over.
Design the workflow
Who does what, what triggers each step, and what happens if it stalls.
Build and test
Automations set up in your tools and tested on real work.
Measure
We check the time saved and adjust.
How pricing works
I offer hourly and project options, depending on the work involved. Short calls and quick questions are not charged.
Defined pieces of work can be quoted at a fixed price after an initial conversation.
Edward quickly got under the skin of how our business actually operates. He helped us put proper systems and structure in place, which has made a noticeable difference to how smoothly we run day to day. Communication is clear, delivery is fast, and the impact has been immediate.
Questions
Which tools do you use?
Mostly Monday.com automations, forms and email templates, connected to the tools you already use where possible.
Will automation replace my staff?
No. It removes the repetitive part of their day so they can spend more time on clients and quality.
Is it expensive to run?
Usually not. Most automations run inside software you already pay for. I will tell you up front if anything needs a paid add on.
