FAQs
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to the questions I get asked most. If yours is not here, just ask.
Working together
What size of business do you work with?
Mostly established SMEs, start ups, founders and leaders, as well as professional services firms, education and early years settings, healthcare and specialist organisations, and charities.
Where are you based?
North West London. I meet clients in person across London and work remotely with businesses anywhere in the UK.
Do you do the work or just advise?
I do the work: building systems, writing processes and pages, and training your team.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a couple of weeks of our first call, if not sooner.
Pricing
How much do you charge?
It depends on the work. I offer hourly and project options, and defined projects are quoted at a fixed price before anything starts.
Do you charge for quick calls?
No. Short calls and quick questions are not charged.
Is there a minimum term?
No. You can stop hourly work at any time.
Services
Do I need a paid Monday.com plan?
For most businesses, yes, because automations need a paid plan. I will recommend the lowest plan that does the job.
Can you guarantee Google rankings or AI recommendations?
No one can. I commit to a clear plan, the work done properly, monthly reporting and changes based on evidence.
What happens after the £150 website audit?
We go through the report on a call. You can then act on it yourself, give it to your developer or ask me to do the work. If you become a client, the £150 is credited against your first invoice.
Do you build websites?
I improve existing websites and build new pages on WordPress and Wix.
Sectors
What types of organisation do you work with?
Six broad groups: growing businesses, property, construction and trades, professional services, education and early years, healthcare and specialist organisations, and charities and community organisations. The common thread is operational systems, digital growth and compliance.
Do you work with nurseries on Ofsted readiness?
Yes. I review policies against the EYFS 2026 framework, carry out site visits and help with registration changes.
Do you work with independent schools?
Yes, on ISI readiness, policy reviews against KCSIE 2026 and voluntary contribution campaigns.
Do you work with law firms?
Yes, mainly on SEO, expert content and the systems behind enquiries.
